I will recommend them to all. Had a lawn mower that wouldn't run for a few years. John picked it up and had it purring in a couple of days. That was with 4 parts he had to find. It was nice that he picked it up and brought it back. Price was honest!

They came and picked up my riding lawn mower, diagnosed the problem, and provided the fixing options and pricing up front. Got my mower back up and running, and delivered it back to me in a few days. Customer service is top notch. Pricing on the repair was more than fair, and they have a physical store location. I will be using them for future problems, and would recommend them to anyone.
Upfront and Honest

We brought in our garden tiller and John explained what was wrong with it and recommended not fixing it due to the cost outweighing the value. It's nice to see this level of honesty mixed with great customer service. We will definitely be using him for future repairs.

There is a reason this place has nothing but 5 star ratings. John is fair and honest, and fast. I ran over a pine tree branch and my lawn mower wouldn't stay running after. I could have been raked over the coals and because John is honest, he pointed out the problem was a just a $3.00 spring that had fallen off. I had been told by another place and it was the crankshaft, and I was looking at a $150 bill. Glad I read the reviews! I am a now a lifelong customer!!

JMCR is awesome! I had my lawn mower back and running within 24 hrs! John Grant was great, he did exactly what he told me he would do: diagnosis =$30, but If you choose to use JMCR to fix your stuff, that $30 goes towards your total bill. I will definitely be going to them again for my power equipment repairs!
